Re-purposing a blank Dexter PCB!

I had a few blank Dexter PCBs lying around.  I got this great idea to use it as an LD-V1000 tester!  (ie, it plugs into a real Dexter unit in LD-V1000 mode and sends LD-V1000 commands as if it was a game)
