Make sure that they weren't broken anywhere when you pull out or put back in the Monitor. Make sure that you put the defection coil connector back on the Monitor Board, correctly. The connector fully on the posts, where they go. You might have a bad Vertical Transistor or broken trace on that circuit. There are two Vertical Transistors on the Monitor Board. You need to use a Multimeter and take the Transistors out of the circuit to test them properly. If one is bad, it's better to replace both at once. After this troubleshooting gets much more technical.
